 Richard is a Professor of Behaviorial Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center and is a internationally regarded commentator on the subject of prayer and medicine. Dr. Sloan believes that while faith/prayer way bring comfort to many people, there are no scientific method to accurately measure the value of faith/prayer.
